Cleo, Seondeok, Ishida second skill lvl 5 (not lvl 39 however for gathering tree), all other gatherers lvl 39 and max skilled
Tier 4 Troops: 375k Infantry, 390k Cavalry, 295k Archer, 230k Siege + 186k T1 siege
0 Passports however enough credits to buy 3 (100k away from 4) in the alliance shop
Good amount of speedups and research is decently progressed
