Due to an issue of which if someone had to take the blame it would probably have been my fault albeit mostly out of my control.
The account email got locked down and was unable to be recovered.
Seller spent a good amount of time trying to help me fix it then went to support to get the email removed.
After a week of effort we finally managed to get it fixed.
