Warning, avoid this Guy!

I hate my first post to be a negative one but unfortunately it is so. After unsuccessful transfer of a purchased linked account, i've asked him to refund my money because he has no clue how to get past the Facebook security verification process for a new device, so he agreed to a refund. But since then there hasn't been any communication from him nor money back in my PayPal account. Please understand, i've gave him ample opportunity to refund my money (and requests) but it was always, tonight, after work, etc. I know he sees my message because I see him online on Skype but I guess he just ignore them . Either way, beware and drive guys live this out but I'm sure he'll just create a new account to fraud a new guy.

Oh I have a full Skype transcript if he tries to weasel his way out saying its my fault or some ridiculous things . Enjoy your 45 bucks crook from France, karma will get you.
