Provide information about the dispute and what lead to it:
We agreed on him paying me via direct deposit (bank to bank transfer). Once the payment had been initated, I would give him the username and password only. Once I received payment, I would give him SQA, CD Keys, etc. This process takes 2-3 business days between his bank (CBA) and my bank (NAB). I do such transfers almost daily with my business so I am well aware of how it works. It has now been well over a week and no payment as been received.

Other details / notes: Cannot seem to get in contact with him via Skype. I will recall account if payment is not made as I have all the necessary information to recall it. However, he has purchased a faction change and transfer while the account was in his possession (I can see this in the account email). If I recall the account, I do not wish to be liable to pay him for that expense. The account was not completely his as payment had not been received, and as such I see no reason to reimburse him for it.

We were selling account to pay our rent. We're now late on rent because payment hasn't been received and in debt to the landlord. I'm not wanting him to cover the debt or anything, I just want the agreed upon $200, or if this isn't paid, EpicNPC's admin to give me permission to recall the account so I may sell it again.

If it is absolutely necessary since any screenshot can be faked, I will gladly allow the admin to log onto my internet banking temporarily to check the balance for him/herself (I'll change password afterwards), log in the email to check the transfer, and my Skype to check the chat logs.

Did you do any background searching before the transaction? I checked his feedback, saw one positive.
Have you traded with this person before? I have not.
Approximately how many transactions have you done on EpicNPC? This would be my first.

You said you gave him the login info once he initiated the bank transfer. Did he prove that to you or did you just take his word?

Waiting for Muzka to reply. If he does not, you will not be responsible for the faction/transfer fees.
 
I took his word for it as I know with the Commonwealth Bank (CBA) Netbank, the confirmation page after doing a wire transfer does not show anything that would prove the transaction was to me in the first place.

I knew he couldn't do anything detrimental to the account, since he only had the username and the password, no SQA, CD Keys, email access, ID scan or anything of the sort.

I just thought I'd clarify. In terms of not showing anything, it simply says something like "Your transfer has been initiated". It would show the exact same message if he was to transfer it to me, to a relative or to another bank account he owned. Hence, it doesn't really prove anything.

actually i am with the CBA myself and when u transfer the money to any account via netbank it gives u something he could've copied and pasted to show u its been sent ( it does give u a confirmation that the $$ has been sent )

If he is banned due to non-payment, I am allowed to take back possession of the account and try to find another buyer (who I will make sure I receive full payment before anything this time!), correct?

I just do not want to take it back too early and get in trouble for it later.
