Great seller and very kind, but account is not safe!

I bought this genshin account (deal url) from him, but a few days later the account got revcovered. I did not use TG because he seems trustworthy and knows what he's doing. Now I lost the account, money and time, without proof that I really don't have access to the account, I can't call for a refund from my bank since that'd be a scam. All I can do is to let any future buyers know this and his accounts are not always safe! Honestly even if I get the account back it might just get recovered again, so I'm just giving that up at this point. He also doesn't seem to update often since this account went through many people's hands.
