which i made a scammer thread about him but mods wouldn't believe me.

You are correct, I have not paid. Why? I never received the gold! I have 3 positive feedbacks in my feedback page. If I was going to "scam" I would have created a fake username and ordered that way. First it was said that they didn't have the gold so they were gathering it. Then it was said that they have it only on the alliance side and for me to put an item on the neutral AH for 5883 gold and they would by it out. Then they could not sign on because of the long queues to get on the server. Next it was said they went to lunch. Finally the poster said he was tired and going to bed and they will send tomorrow. So when I wake up he said the gold was delivered. I still had the auction up which was never bought out and no gold in my mailbox. After talking again on AIM, it was stated that the gold was just sent to my mailbox in game on the horde side. I still have not received anything.

Included are below screenshots of me sending 5000g to the character I specified. Just because there is a screenshot does not mean that it was on the realm or to the person I specified.

I'm not blaming the seller, he is only a middle man (in this case for thsale.com). He is only going off of what they tell him. But I would not tarnish my rep for something like this!

I'm not taking sides here but I'd like to point out something relevant about gold delivery via mail. Sometimes Blizzard automatically deletes large amounts of gold sent in the mail ever since the new mail system was implemented in patch 2.2. FSF has this warning message listed on their delivery options here (#3) It is entirely possible that OServices did indeed mail the gold (as he has documented) but Blizzard's detection system automatically deleted the gold before Foomanchu received it.

The safest way to transfer gold is always face to face, incrementally, with the receiving party putting an item in each time.

I can also comment on this, First i ordered the gold, i received a phone call, 30 minutes after he tells me to wait as they dont focus on eu serves so will take them a while to receive the gold, Which is fair enough, i then wait a further 1 and a half hour and still did not receive the gold, by this point i already said to him, im sure i can change server if you cant get the gold, he says np theyre farming, 30 minutes later still no gold. one thing is i dont get why oservice has posted what seems to be face to face trading, and also ah, still todate i have not received one copper off oservice and his team, and i think he owes me an apology for making me and the above poster to look like complete scammers.
