I tried to contact both users and no one give me an answer!

Can i ask what should i do if someone gave you -1 rating for nothing ?

That is not a valid reason to remove. They are not competitors and never posted a thread competing against you.

Once again that is simply not the case. one is from germany and one from US on legitimate Ip addresses from real isp's

And top of that you have multiple different people in that thread alone accusing of selling unsafe accounts.

Feedback should be reported asap if it's false. You waited 7 months.

Because you waited so long, the burden of proof is on you to PROVE the comments are completely false. If you can't show proof they are false, they will remain. Saying they are from competitors is not proof.

Closing in 24 hrs if proof is not provide.
