Hello, I have 1 Collector's Edition account with 1 80, 5 level 70s and a second account with 2 level 80s and a 2 70s on it.
They are all on a PVE server, all have transfers available, and I've never had any warnings/bannings/etc.
I have about 5k in gold on the first account.
My "main" was my druid, he's the most decked out in PVE gear:
