Incorrect

I put negative feedback because I think the guy was unfair towards me ... our agreement was that he would let me know for the purchase of an account and he didn't, in fact he contacted me later to tell me that the account was been already sold. I couldn't offer more and risked selling a top tier account from another game because I was interested in that specific account. His explanation was that they paid on ebay and sold it ... But if there was an agreement between us, why keep the account on ebay? In my opinion, she behaved incorrectly towards me and could cause me considerable damage.
