Scammed account back after 1 year

After 1 year using the steam account he sold me, he claimed it back using the OE (that he told me he had not).
I contacted him through EpicNPC and even discord (mensch0810 369410448572940288) and waiting for two months for an answer which never came.

Do not trust on him.
