Dealing with game accounts consists of several risks. When it comes to Genshin Impact,
the biggest risk is the retrieval of an account. There is a chance for the Original
Owner of the account to retrieve it by contacting Hoyoverse/Mihoyo. This retrieval
procedure is done by providing Mihoyo with very accurate information regarding the
account such as, 1) Account Creation Date, Region, Device, 2) Receipt of the first ever
purchase, 3) Network Provider. These are mostly things that only the creator of the account
(OG Owner) would know. I'm a reseller and NOT the Original Owner of this account and don't
have the capabilities of retrieving it. And in the case of a Genshin Impact account retrieval,
it is extremely difficult to find proof to see whether an account was really retrieved or not.
The only time where there is definite proof that the account was retrieved is if the username that was
set in the account has been changed, in which case I would issue a full refund of the account value.
