As my link shows i was asking for to buy a boost to GM, in the thread Somnians replied saying he has added me, the only add i got was from this JackedGandalf person, so i assumed that was him, at first i didn't want the boost due to second thoughts but then i decided to go ahead with it, i have bought many boosts from this website so i had a little more trust than i should have.
What led to this Dispute was the fact it got a little fishy as he didn't want to be verified through EpicNpc but what made me shake it off is that he said 'you have already talked to this guy.' Which i have, i have made contact with the Somnians boost service before but with an 'allegedly' different person, so the thought occurred to me that there were multiple people in this boost service like there is in many so i shrugged it off. After sending the money and him saying he would do it ASAP, he said he is tired and he will do it tommorrow, another Red Flag in my head but not enough to Dispute. The next day (Today) he has sent me another PayPal address asking me to send money. This is what got me to Dispute, i knew that one wouldn't ask for more when a set fee has already been sent (25$ before and the rest after boost). The fact that he is so strong about not giving a refund is what also got me to Dispute and shows a very poor nature in customer service and as a person, where he had not even started the boost let alone logged into my account (which details I changed shortly after realising what is happening)

He stated that his paypal wasn't working ( The one i initially sent $25 to) then he continued to send me another Paypal ID
