Provide information about the dispute and what lead to it: I contacted the user via Kik about the Twitch account and after agreeing to purchase it and sending payment, the user stopped responding. I was to send half of the funds, and then the other half after I received the account. After sending the first half, communication ended from the user.

Approximately how many transactions have you done on EpicNPC? So far 3
This is now the 2nd time I feel I've been scammed on this site. 2 out of 3 transactions either means I'm doing something wrong or there are a lot of scammers here. Why can't we just live in a world where you get what you paid for? I wish all scammers would go die in a fire..
