It is an EU account, made in England. I will keep your offer in mind, however I'm not a major fan of World of Tanks. Infact I hate that game aha.

Oh ok sorry, well I dont want to spend that much, but mayby we could do this:

I have no idea how much those tf2 items are worth so I'll have to look into those.
