i dont know about his other services but DO NOT BUY EVE ISK. i purchased 15billion for 450$ and i got 2 accounts banned and no isk so about 500$ downt he drain. This is how it went. I sent him the money as a gift in paypal then he wanted all sorts of information ID scanned picture/bank statements phone numbers ect.. so did everything and everything checked out. We then proceded to transfer isk. I received ingame contract for 4 billion and accepted. He said it would take alittle time to get the rest.. so about 2 hours later when he says hes ready i try to log on and it says im banned for dealing with isk sellers.. within 2 hours.. thats gota be a record. I go and tell him on aim that i was banned and he said he felt bad for me that he doesnt know what happen.. so i say ok well ill just take the remander of the isk you owe me as a refund as he owes me 11billion in currency. He says he already spent it on his taxes... cmon... so i said fine but i want my money back ASAP and he says ok it will take some time and this is after he tried to give me other game currency instead. A week goes buy and everyday he doesnt have the money. So he somehow conviced me to make a new eve account and accept the rest some super safe way. So me being dumb and figuring hes not gana give me my cash back anyways accept. The next day i log on and my account is perma banned. I filed a petition asking why and they said the person i received the isk from had been hacked and isk sent to me.. So this guy operates with people who hack accounts take there money and sell it for real money?? shady dont do buisness with this man
