On the surface, shout outs, paid posts, and affiliate marketing/website traffic are some ways. You can use this page to build-up a small pages in order to monetize that as well (which is what I'm currently doing).
If you want to go a little deeper, the page can be rebranded to a legitimate local business (in the same niche).... EG - a modelling agency... and you operate locally. Build a website around and take it from there.
