Provide information about the dispute and what lead to it:
- Paid $13 via paypal for in-game currency of the game Dungeon Fighter Online, luckily I was smart enough to request multiple transactions instead of paying in full. (5 transactions of $13 each instead of 1 transaction of $65) After I paid for the services, he requested my location in-game so we could meet up. Right after I sent him my channel information, he said he was logging on only to take me off his contact list on skype. I have yet to hear a response from him after I asked for his current status.
Other details / notes:
- I'm not typically worried about making disputes over small amounts of money, but in regards to this, there is a high chance he has already ripped off other users and possibly more in the future. Dungeon Fighter Online(DFO) has recently been put onto Steam and will likely have an increase in userbase which will lead to more people purchasing gold on sites like this. I don't want something similar to happen and ruin the overall image of this community.
