NOTE: Lots of achievements, rare mounts, vanity, etc are my MAIN focus, those trump gear every time to a certain extent, if you don't have much of those I except your character to be equivalent or higher gearscore aka 6k+ ONLY, also PVE > PVP however my character has an amazing set for BOTH so if you dont have equivalent sets in both I expect you to make that up in someway (ie. higher gearscore in pve gear)
