Hello, negative feedback from bufflow

2 days ago he ordered calibrate service and didn't turn off steam guard. I send msg about that 2h after he made order and ask him to turn off steam guard. He didn’t do this for 2 days and we cant login to start work. I refunded payment because it’s very difficult to get started.

Please remove feedback, there is no my fault.

The buyer is very nervous and cannot follow the disconnection instructions.

what ?? i turned off the steam guard immediately !! and nice EDITING right there with the timings and dates all happened in same day and same minute! what a smart person - since i cannot go back to history chat with your 3rd party site, i wanna proof you so wrong that you dint respond back in full 2 days !!

Right after 1h i send you msg about steam guard. It was activated so my booster can't login on account.

Why should I lie? If the SG was turned off, we would have already completed the order. And now we made a full refund to you.


In the chat I sent a photo with activated SG ...

After that you send me msg that you give me code, it mean that STEAM GUARD still hasn't been deactivated.

I have instructions on the site that before placing an order, you must disable steam guard. I guess you miss it. Also, I made a refund immediately although the client didn't ask for it.

There is no reason for feedbacks:
1 - The service wasn't provided through the fault of the client.
2 - The transaction has been canceled since I made a full refund.
3 - The client insulted me. (You may see it on screens)

I cannot proof cause as I said our chat thru his 3rd party website which I cannot open previous chat history I can only access the purchase I made, what a smart move by this seller. Never again and if you don't believe check out in his history feedback threads how many other buyers complaining about his delay in response. Cheers
