I removed negative feedback you left him because it violates our rules for revenge feedback.

Now on to your issue. I see here that buyer left a negative for previous bans being on account, not any bans that he got. We require full disclosure on sales.
"Full account disclosure: The seller must state to the buyer before payment whether or not the account has ever been recalled, hacked, stolen or has received violation warnings. For some games, the seller must also disclose whether or not any payment transactions (buying in-game items) have occured on the account. "

So if you did not disclose prior bans on account and he got a worse ban because of prior issues, you are still responsible because you did not tell the buyer the account had previous violations. All violations stack in whats called a penalty volcano. As you get further violations, punishments get worse. So if account had one chat ban the second one is worse punishment then first.

Please provide proof you told the buyer account had previous bans for chat/behavior.
If you did not sorry feedback is valid unless you provide full refund.

Hi there i want to defend myself!!!

I got the ccount and transferred it to Russian server where i play and all was fine for a few days however i noticed that even though it finished platinum in season 6 it did NOT have the play border which slightly worried me as this can ONLY happen if the account is penalized when the season ends i.e. chat restricted or 14 day ban etc but i carried on using the account until a few days ago out of nowhere it was permabanned. Now, anyone who knows league of legends knows that this can NOT happen unless it has been previously banned which confirms why it didnt have border etc otherwise the usual procedure is for example chat restriction or 14 day ban etc so my original hunch was that this is the reason it was banned because it had already (for lack of a better description) "used up" its chat restriction and 14 day ban etc. but then after leaving negative feed back to the seller he messaged me on skype and basically skirted around the question whenever i explained the fact that it had OBVIOUSLY been previously restricted / banned by telling me to "expand my answer" "i dont understand" he then also LIED claiming the account was unranked in SEASON 6 when u can clearly see here https://euw.op.gg/summoner/userName=anime+is+real that AS I SAID it finished platinum in season 6 so for some weird reason he chose to lie about this pics will be added below proving he said all this. He also accused me of using 3rd party programs and getting the account banned due to this which is 100% untrue and ALSO DOES NOT explain the account being recovered to the EUW server by him.

I was NEVER told that the account had previous bans etc.

Back to my point at first i believed it was banned because of previous restrictions and was on "the final straw" HOWEVER the seller kind of slipped up on Skype and confirmed to me he had infact RECOVERED the account as he pasted me the op.gg of the account which showed it was back on EU WEST!!! with my same rune page names etc!

Therefore the account was actually banned because the "original owner" i.e. the seller had recovered the account back to euw when i saw this i then checked my email and noticed that during the time i had the account i had received 2 yes TWO! password change requests obiously from the seller tying to recover the account which when this didnt work clearly resorted to instead RECOVERING the account!

When i realised this i questioned him on skype which led him to completely ignoring my questions about him clearly recovering the account this is after him replying almost instantly for around an hour he also was pnline so there was no other excuse to ignore me AND THEN he still after ignoring my messages, changed his status on skype to "AWAY".

Due to all the information and "investigating" i have done what i believe happened is as follows:

I bought the account and recieved it all working etc.

I transferred it to Russian server.

Buyer sent 2 password change requests which unluckily went to the new email (Mine)

He then resorted to using the "recover account" questionnaire on the league of legends website to recover his account

League of Legends believes i stole / hacked the account which is why i get a message informing me the account has been permanently suspended on the russian server (because it was recovered by him)

I would therefore like the epicnpc staff to help me get a refund from the seller or him to provide all the necessary ORIGINAL details of the account to protect me against recovery this would be the following (as on the questionnaire):

- Account Username (what you log-in with):
- Account Summoner name (your in game name):
- Platform you play on (NA, EU West, EU Nordic & East, OCE):
- Original email address used to register the account:
- Creation date of the account:
- Location where the account was registered (City, Country):
- List of locations that you have played on this account (City and Country):
- Your current IP address (Use http://whatsmyip.net/ to find your IP address):
- First five champions ever purchased on this account:
- Name any refunded champions or skins:
- Date of Birth:
- Any other people (including family members/friends) that have ever had access to the account:
- Username and Server of all League of Legends accounts (s):
- Has your email account ever been compromised?
If so, which email and when (MM/YY):
- Who made this account?
- When was the last time that you had access to the account (Month/Day/Year):
- How did you lose access to your account?
- First item ever purchased with RP:
- Location of RP purchases (City and Country):

All of these images I have posted support the fact that the seller has recovered the account and also lied about multiple things while we talked on skype.


I want to re-iterate that I now believe the fact that he didnt tell me about previous bans although a big problem is now the more irrelevant issue. The relevant issue now is that the SELLER blatantly attempted to get back into the account after selling it to me and after failing, resorted to completely recovering the account which is why it was transferred BACK to the EUW server.

As i said before i want my refund from this seller OR i want full access back into the account through the meticulous information that needs to be provided such as access to the ORIGINAL email and all of the information which i pasted above from the account recovery form he used i.e. initial name, champs purchased, refunds used etc.

Hello, I am the original owner of this account, I was contacted by the buyer, dajoshy, on the League client.
He explained to me that he bought this account from someone else.
I explained to him that my account got compromised somehow and that I retrieved it by contacting riot, opening a ticket and proving that it is my account.
I have never, EVER posted this account for sale anywhere, nor do I know the seller of this account.
I do not know how I got my account compromised, nor do I know when EXACTLY It happened since I stopped playing on it somewhere in spring or summer, I have only realized that it has been stolen when I tried to log in a few days ago.
In short, the seller somehow got access of my account and then decided to sell it to some unsuspecting customer.

nikeshox has been renotified. So either nike sells ******* accounts or bought a ******* account unknowingly or knowingly and resold it. A full refund is owed. Now nike you must prove you purchased this account legitely or permaban will be issued.
