Scam

This dude contacted me on Discord and said he got 2 codes to sell and agreed to accept PayPal payment, but has no PayPal account and will use his friend’s.
After receiving the payment, he made excuses and didn’t hand over the codes, I asked him for a refund, but he got vanished.
Later the PayPal account owner, (a guy from Myanmar) contacted me and said he doesn’t know this guy at all, he wanted to buy his account and asked him for his PayPal address.
Seems he wanted to scam us both.

Hi, I am Interested in buying this account, but first have some questions:

1) Is it Global / Garena / Chinese?
2) Can you tell me, in which country the account got created?
3) How can I contact you? Did you accept Telegram? If Yes, join my Telegram Group (it's a CoD Config Group, I am the owner there, read the description to contact me per Private Message)
