The quickest and safest way I take payments now is Western Union. It's safe for buyer and seller. Buyer adds funds to transfer with my personal information, buyer receives a routing number that is given to the seller. The seller checks Western Union's website for the funds. When the funds are available then the information for the accounts will be provided.
