Don't know how to edit post but forgot to say that I also have super monster gear and loads of cores and pieces. An attack set, cav and inf set already crafted. Half crafted range set along with a couple of special cores for four horseman and fisherman stuff already done.

Also, I have 6 piece cores done and a few of the 4th gems unlocked. Done most of the level 9s on march tree (4 or 5 left) and done the top 2 sections of defence to 10 and most of the rest to level 8.
