Purchased high level grinding in Grandis+. One of their grinders don't know English so they wont be able to respond to guildies, buddies or randoms. They wont do attendance checks for you. They will go for MVPs and such as they appear in the chat. They have their own way of keeping track of hours trained, so you will need to trust them with that. Good communication. Overall would recommend the service.
