I would like to add that I bought this account originally from his old post with an agreement that he could switch regions but due to the fact he could not he said he would refund me. I bought the account in March and was never able to switch the region and it is now November and I still have not received the refund. The purchase was through trade guardian, I would like to say the seller is legit but I don't know as I have no received my refund as of yet. I will update this if I receive my refund.
