You will need to train around 1 mil T1 to take a rally or do nothing and keep it as solo trap. The trap is also used as a hyper ore farm during non KvK time, producing 2.2m of ore per hour. It has 200k gold on it as well. There is also around 70 x 3 day speedups and a few 7 day and 30 day.

The trap/alt account has 360k gold and main account has 1 mil of gold and 3.5 billion of res 3 bil of which is s/w/o. In addition, I've crafted Xena gear (except accessories) on the main acc.
