Used to powerlevel to 60 and was very fast and very cheap. +1 all the way.

 

Just ordered and completed a 37-60 with him. He is very considerate and organized in the way he does his work. Initially we had some trouble starting up, but he ended up speeding the order and finished a day early! I am very satisfied with his services since I have been a regular customer of his for a bit now. In the middle i have payed second half and service continued as agreed. I asked a lot of questions during the process and i have got them all answered.
