Unfourtunate experience

I wish to share some concerns regarding my recent interactions with a seller on Epicnpc. Although I believe this seller to be legitimate, there have been some communication and pricing issues that I find troubling.
About a week ago, I attempted to contact the seller via private message before a price change was implemented. Unfortunately, my message went unanswered, and I can provide a screenshot of this for verification. This lack of response was surprising, especially since we had no prior communication.
Moreover, a member of my guild had a similar experience a few months ago. They reached out to the seller on Discord to inquire about an item listed at 0.1. However, the seller responded with a new price of 0.2. When my guildmate asked if purchasing at the original price of 0.1 was possible, the seller did not respond, despite the item still being listed at that price on the forum.
I understand that prices can change, but clear and professional communication is key in these transactions. A simple explanation or refusal would have been more appropriate and respectful to potential customers. I have had positive dealings with other sellers on this forum, which makes this experience stand out unfavorably.
I am sharing this feedback in the hope of improving the buying and selling environment on Epicnpc. Thank you for taking the time to read my concerns.
