Scammed my girlfriend

my girlfriend was buying a account from him and she paid $300 for a account he was very good when she logged on the account wasnt good at all and she messaged him for a refund and he said he would do it she keep all the info on the account the same and gave it back 3 months passed and from the info he gave her about the refund taking 27 days and she got nothing back when she call the bank they said the seller never processed for a refund and closed down the business so she could get the refund through the bank. the bank told to reach out to the seller again and when she did he said the bank closed he's business which when she told the bank the same info he told her they said they dont have to power to close a business down in a different county. so this guy is a scammer, I wouldn't buy from him if you are thinking about buying or selling and want proof of this message me on here or on discord i'll provide when you message and want to see the conv. between him and her and with her and the bank.
