Good but slow

The customer service was pretty good, the seller was patient with all of my requests and answered all of my questions.
Unfortunately after sending the payment (and receiving the confirmation from the seller that he received the money) I had to wait for more than 4 hours to receive the product. The transaction was eventually completed, however the service speed could definitely be improved.

 

I've sent friend requests a couple times with no luck.
