Doesn't Pay

Messaged me on discord wanting to do business again. Had me send gil first, never paid me for days. When they did finally pay me, it wasn't the amount they owed me, and they charged me fees out of the amount they owed. They told me to trade gil with them again and they'll send amount owed. Traded again, wasn't paid for days again. I had to constantly tell them to pay me. When they finally sent payment, it wasn't the amount owed AGAIN. And they charged me fees. I am done doing trades with these people. Always an argument, questionable if they will even pay you, and don't send the right amount when they finally get around to it.

TERRIBLE, AVOID

Messaged me constantly on discord changing their rates to get me to sell to them instead. They gave higher rate than everybody else and agreed to sending me money on paypal same day of gil trade. I traded billions of gil and never got payment. They said "we're having some issues sending wait 3 hours." I waited, nothing. I asked where's payment, they said wait until tomorrow. It took days for them to finally send and when they did, they didn't send full amount. Not even half amount. More days pass, they send money and each time they send through goods and services. They said they purposefully sent goods and services because they get a $5 fee to send friends and family so they said I'd get fees instead and expected me to be okay with it. So I refunded it and told them to send friends and family like we had agreed from the beginning. Then they said there was issue with refund. Weeks went by and they said they still didn't get it even though it showed completed on my side. Finally they sent me the amount but took the fee cost out of the agreed price so I still didn't get the amount I was supposed to. And they still harass me on Discord for my business. Never again! AVOID! I will stick to the other gil buyers I supply to that actually pay DURING the gil trade like they're supposed to and actually send the right amount.

I had 525m GIL to sell on FF14, I’ve reached out and I accepted the rates at which they provided me.. now they sent it as a business thing which means I had to submit all types of documents to PayPal so they can review it. They reviewed it and said my money will be held until august 15th.. which is terrible. I reached out asking if I refund if they can send friends and family instead.. but all of a sudden their “cashier” is on vacation all of a sudden as if I was their last customer they were paying.. I’ll give them 5/10 stars ️

repeat customer here. i was very nervous to get into RMT. the ffxiv gil shop was helpful, informative, not at all pushy—and, once i played an order, prompt as hell. i once needed money fast trying to snag a house. i shot their discord account a message to see if they were working, and within minutes i had the money. gil farming is lame as hell, especially before level 80; these guys do it so you don't have to.
