There's 22 Event Banner Pulls (10 pity), 10 Event Weapon Pulls (7 pity), 7 Standard Banner Pulls (10 Pity at weapon banner) and 7.6k Astrites right now. The new 1.1 Area and story quests were not touched at all, new Illusive Realm as well so you can easily get Changli or even Jinhsi probably. (UPDATE Pulled for Changli C0 and her Weapon R1)
