Well geared (check some photos) Nukers and Arbiter at 329 SPD , LYSANRA at 300 SPD (you can swap lysandra's to Arbiter to reach 340, but so far this is the most optimize gear for Arena)

- 2.8 Power - Real power, only 105 champs!!!! rubbish champs has been cleaned up - it doesn't have anything in the vault and only few food in the main roster list, unlike others bombarded with so many champs in their vault to fake the player power. so don't be fooled by high power.
