Due to google strict policy, upon giving the information to the buyer you can't change the password just yet for 7 days so what we can do is add the buyers recovery phone and email address and also activate the 2-step verification on the buyers phone (see all the methods below) after doing all that you can sign out other devices that is not yours to insure that the seller doesn't have any access to the account anymore.
PS: I'm telling you all this so that the google account won't be disabled or locked upon giving the details. I've experienced it before and its such a hassle to recover lol, so if you're okay with this method pls feel free to message me thank you!
