MIST PLOT 35 LARGE in Maduin (Sukiya-zukuri Walls, no bad neighbors, better sunset because of Subdivision)
MIST PLOT 45 LARGE in Halicarnassus (Half-Timbered Mansion Walls)
Plot 35 in Mist is one of the only two A- graded Housing Locations in the whole game. Subdivisions are known to have better sunsets. Plot 45 is overseeing the whole ward and has a nice sunset too.
Houses can be sold as Free Company Housing
The FC with the house will be transferred to you after 30 days due to new FC member limitations.
After the payment you will get the 2nd rank with all privileges Except housing & plot demolition so you can do as you like during the 30 days
