Awful communication and unprofessional

Gave me the run down on how long ot will take, I paid them and have been patient for three whole days, nothing at all so I asked for a refund since I never received what I paid for. Claims that they will refund me the money, but never clarified so the moment I tries to dispute it.. they got upset and threatened to get my paypal account banned even though they never informed me when they will have the time. Basically refuses to give me my money back now, I have tried reaching out to them twice and no response, buy it from someone else. I really don't recommend them, I just wanted my money back
