After the problems we had, and as stated in this post before, I got contacted by Armadas Chief Executive and we talked it trough.
He promised they will work on their end on CS, I got a refound and also a good discount on a product to settle and move on forward (they wanted to show they take stuff serious and trying their best to provide)
I am sure Armada will do their very best to provide the best service provided , that they can and that they have learnt something.
I got a very good response and feeling, and I would like to wish them the very best in the future and also give them my thumbs up for excellent customer service.
