Definitely makes sense. Middle man prevents the owner of the acct to take your money and run off with acct info. And goods and services prevents the owner of just taking your money and recovering the account leaving you with nothing. Both prevent any scammers.
pls don't be mad at me but i heard a rumor that if seller sell to you with Good and service, buyer can refund after get the account info. Due to this is an game account in form of email address, it is pointless to use Good and Service because there is no shipment reciept. In this case, buyer can use this gap to steal account info from seller and get refund all money later. Meanwhile, the seller can not ask any helps from paypal since it's illegal to sell blizzard account and there is no shipment reciept to prove to Paypal that he accutally gave the goods to you. That is why there is nobody sell account with good and service here. :)

If that’s true, then both ways it’s easily scammable apparently.
