You will NOT receive the money back in case your account got suspended, since account sharing is violation of game rules.

You are eligible for a refund in the following cases:
1) Your service has not yet begun and you would like to cancel it.
2) If the boost is unable to be completed from our side.
3) In case your order is in progress and you would like to cancel it, you are eligible for a partial refund.
4) Other refunds not included in the above are at the sole discretion of the Manastorm team.
