Recent Controversy regarding Verdant Summit [5* weapon] Mistranslation which led to many people buying the weapon for a specific character:

It's well known that the Wuthering Waves community was pushing that Calcharo's [5* character] best weapon is Verdant Summit based on a mistranslation in another regional language. I was informed off this via Youtube CC's and online communities like Reddit. I decided to make a purchase based on this information being true. On 30th May Kuro Games had publicly acknowledged and apologised for their mistranslation which led to mis advertising and people spending for a product that did not work as intended. This includes my own spending in context of making the decision to buy this account based on the information above. Here is the official acknowledgment and compensation for their error:

Preface:
I now realise that the seller and I were having 2 completely different understandings from the same conversation. However because I was always making things clear. It's on the seller to be responsible with clear communications and uphold his own words.

As explained above - this is the account in question I wanted to buy with the clear intent of wanting 2 double 5* weapons for each of the 5* units:

Prior to buying I wasn't 100% with this seller but not always get clear answers back for example where the characters were summoned from:

Post transaction I logged into check the account and noticed I wasn't happy with it. Within 10 minutes of transaction I contacted seller asking to return the product for a refund. The seller throughout this period of the conversation was very unclear...he kept speaking about binding an account when I made it clear I did not want it and want to return it.

At the time Kuro had not released their official apology or acknowledgment for mis advertising/mistranslating a weapon.

Seller was always deflecting with binding and recycling leaving me confused and I was assuming this is his refund process since I don't know how his end actually works in a returns process:

Seller did let me know that his seller would not refund him however he went on to say he refunded me already:

The above language clearly implies he made an exception for me. I also follow up by saying:

In his response again he did not clarify anything - not a yes or no just continued to imply I'm getting a free account that I still did not want...

The next day I reached out the seller twice. I was ignored for a whole day, I kept checking my Paypal and Bank account:

On the 3rd day he finally responded but took no responsibility for what he said. Due to the shock off this I was left frustrated completely. I ended up in a pointless argument in which I knew I was right. It's clear that the seller uses the English language in a subjective manner which caused me a loss. In a world of trade having clear communications is key. Ultimately, the seller did not stand by his own words, accept his own mistakes and give me what is rightfully mine especially because of the lack of clarity throughout this ordeal. It's clear I as left under a certain impression and I was clear with my wordings.

Also Seller said I threatened him with negative reviews - can he prove this at all? otherwise it is complete slander on my profile and I will dispute this feedback. He can 1 star me and write his POV - but please don't lie against me if you won't back it up.
 
The store has told you all the information you want to know, also told you that the resources will not be reserved, and also told you that the refund condition is that the product does not meet the content description, English is not my mother tongue, but I also stressed that I cannot do refund processing, you did not confirm whether I refund for you, you first think about whether the reason you want to refund meets our refund conditions, I do not Your refund is also in line with the instructions of the store, and now you give me a negative review is unreasonable

Even if there is a misunderstanding in our communication, but finally clearly tell you that you can not refund, it is also in line with our store specifications. You're chasing a refund without taking responsibility for your purchase.

It's funny how you talk about clarity when you clearly stated something else. Do you not know how to stick by your own words?

Today I'll teach you business and what you actually wrote.

Lesson 1 - You maybe be an amateur or unprofessional or just irresponsible. In Business however, communication is key. When you've stated something as a provider/seller, it's on you to follow through always.

Lesson 2 - English - This is just from the kindness of my heart.

"I gave you a refund today"

You use the word "gave" - gave is a VERB. A Verb is a word describing a doing action. Gave is also in its past form - it means you already did it.

When I read this - it only meant how I've broke it down to you. There is no such thing as miscommunication from this sentence. English is English.

You also write like this "To me, this means that it is impossible to give you a refund." This is called subjective language. How do you even trade like this? To you? What about everyone else? Like this you can twist anything and everything the way you want it.

Lesson 3 - Responsibility [Some comedy involved]:

The Gaming Company comes out and takes responsibility by refunding/reimbursing & compensating for their error which made countless people make the wrong decisions!
The Seller retreats on his mistranslation and instead of following through like Kuro - decided to scam and take advantage of me having wrong information to begin with.

The even funnier part is he charged me $80 for something that I can't even resell at the value because the original value was based on a misinformation.

The only one not being responsible here is not me but you. You haven't taken responsibility as a seller for selling me something that has false value. That is called a scam plain and simple.
