In your high tier accounts, I see on the website that it states we get the full info, including email. Is that the ORIGINAL email? Or is it simply the current email linked. For example, lets say I purchase an account, buy skins, etc. Does the account come with all information needed to prevent it from being taken back by owner?

Regarding your issue of having a bad trust factor even after getting a green trust factor account - It really depends on a lot of factors - player availability in the region you are playing in, etc and is pretty random however
the thing we ensure for green trust factor accounts is that if you queue up with anyone else, they won't get a low trust factor warning. That's because we personally queue up our green trust factor with a variety of our existing accounts to ensure that the
given account has a green trust factor.

Regardless of all this, as stated in the product's description, you are eligible to get a full refund since you are not happy with the account and hence we have processed your refund immediately.
