New account, 0 hours of playtime. You will create your Steam profile and a new Bungie profile. When you change your location and undergo a Steam system verification, you will be able to fully confirm that you are the original owner, as you will receive first email, first purchase code, and the credit card information for the "Classic" collection (2025).
An additional recommendation: you can start the game, create your characters, and level them up. You can boost your entire account progress through cross-saving by purchasing a more advanced account on other platforms.
