Account got banned

Had the account for about 3 months, pilot got banned due to ISK selling from before I purchased the account, everything recorded via discord and email. I DONT BELIEVE THE SELLER MEANT TO DO THIS, the supplier for the pilot didn't disclose history, just be aware. Unfortunately no refund or other account was provided.
