SCAMMER AVOID

I bought an account off him a while ago, I went to go on apex and I was signed out. As soon as I tried to sign in it said my 'Email Address does not exist on an ea account' So i contacted him and he agreed to give me a refund and as soon as i re-bring that up he claims it was a translation error. He also goes on to say Im the fraud after showing him many screenshots of evidence to support my claim. I will also be reporting him to Epic to attempt to get a scammer of this site.
