I've been using Skrill for really long time. I tried to get whats wrong with your card but i really couldnt understand.
Because, we already traded once, and nothing gone wrong, but for second time, a bank issue appeared even though you used same card again.
So, for this reason, your case looks exceptional

But in general, it's easy to use Skrill
