Hello EpicNPC.
All the leveling is done by me through questing, meaning by level 80 you will have a decent amount of extra gold and most of the flightpaths unlocked as well as most of the quests done. Few achievements will be done on the way and others will be half done as well.
Leveling from level 70 to 80 would usually take between 3 to 8 hours depending on a lot of factors like character class, character gear ilvl, server queues, quest issues, login server issues, VPN lag and other unforeseen events, but about 90% of the leveling jobs will be in the 4-6 hours range.
I'm EpicNPC verified as well as PayPal verified.
Doing EU and US.
Not doing Oceanic servers!

Refund policy:
1. You are entitled to a full refund only if the account get's banned while I'm online playing with it.
2. You will have to refrain from logging in the game while the leveling is being done.
3. If you do want to log while the leveling is being done you forfeit all your rights to a refund.
