Ah. Yikes, it would seem these accounts are all stolen/hacked. Be careful, he also doesnt refund.

so if im trying to find lvl 30 acc with 0 ranked games played, its not possibility ?

 

What means 5-100 random accounts ? And what 1LVL 30 account? what does it include etc ?
