How much does it cost?

What payment method do you accept?

We only accept payment through PayPal and in Euro (€, EUR). We also accept any other currency but has to be the equivalent to the current day's Euro exchange rate.

Why do placement matches cost so much?

Spoiler

Since we can never know for sure which league the person will be placed in after the initial placement matches, there is really no way for us to know if we were to be ranking up extra leagues for free. This is why we charge 10€ for the 5 full placement matches and 5€ for the inital placement match before each season starts.

When is my boost going to be completed?

As soon as your payment comes through we immediately start the boosting process, most orders are guaranteed to be completed within the first 24 hours. However in some cases with low MMR accounts the whole course of the boosting may take up to 48 hours.

Can I play on my account while the boosting process is being carried out?

Spoiler

You can play on your account anytime you wish. Even while the boosting is being carried out. All you have to do is give us a heads up on skype if you wish to play and the boosting process will then be put on hold until you have stopped playing your account. However, if you decide to start playing Ranked Ladder on your account while the boosting is being carriied out we can no longer guarantee that your account is going to be finished in the time frame we initially agreed on. Furthermore if you choose our LotV boosting service you can still continue playing on your HotS account uninterrupted and the same thing goes the opposite way. Last but not least, we have flexible boosting times especially for our clients who do not reside in Europe, so playing on your account during the boosting should have no complications at all.

How do I know that you won't steal my account?

It is impossible for us to login into your account through the battle.net website or the launcher.

How is my account handled ?

Spoiler

We play on your account with Blizzard's direct launcher(SC2switcher.exe). Your account will be handled with delicate care and with gl&hf and gg’s only. Also, your account will be set to Busy at all times and we will not reply to any friend whispers or ladder opponents. Your accounts hotkey profile and settings will be restored to the default state you handed it to us.

Do you use any third party software?

Absolutely not. We handle our client's accounts delicately with utmost care and safety. Making it one of our top priorities. All games are played manually by one of our colleagues and no maphacks or any other type of third party programs are involved in the boosting process.
