Am I allowed to change the account details? - After purchase you may do what ever you want with the account.
Are refunds allowed on any of the products? - Refunds are accepted if only it was a mistake by the seller, not buy the buyer.
Do the accounts have previous owners? - Most of the accounts I sell are created and owned by me.
