All creeps on account have all audacity and skills up to level. Only thing needed to be done is to grind the maps which takes less than a week for everything but I sent maps.
There has never been a credit card on file so once purchased you will be the original owner.
Creeps are on a closing NA Sever, so you will be able to transfer and no one will know you.
Characters have never been seen by another player.
Asking Price Starting at $500 which is the price I normally charge for ranKing one to 15.
